1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Home Craves Foods website and mobile applications (the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
2. About the Platform
Home Craves Foods is a marketplace that connects home chefs, customers and delivery partners. We facilitate orders between you and independent home chefs; the chefs are responsible for preparing the food, and delivery partners are responsible for delivering it.
3. Your Account
- You must provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
4. Orders & Payments
Prices, availability and delivery times are set by home chefs and may change. When you place an order, you agree to pay the listed price including any applicable taxes and delivery charges. Payments are processed through our secure payment partners.
5. Home Chef Responsibilities
- Home chefs must prepare food in clean conditions and follow applicable food-safety and hygiene standards.
- Menu descriptions, ingredients and allergen information must be accurate.
- Home chefs are responsible for the quality and safety of the food they prepare.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation and refund eligibility depend on the status of your order and the home chef's policy. Where an order cannot be fulfilled or does not meet reasonable expectations, we will work with you to resolve it fairly.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Platform, including by attempting to disrupt it, posting false information, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Home Craves Foods acts as an intermediary and is not liable for the acts or omissions of home chefs or delivery partners. The Platform is provided on an “as is” basis.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
